Terms of Service

General

I will start with a sketch. You may request revisions during this stage. After approval, I will proceed to lineart and final rendering. You will receive the final artwork once completed.For “Surprise Me” commissions, I will not provide WIPs. The final artwork will be delivered directly.I reserve the right to share the final artwork on my portfolio or social media (with watermark).
Please inform me beforehand if you want the commission to remain privateEstimated turnaround time: 15–120 days depending on complexity and queue.

PAYMENT

- Full payment upfront (100%)
- Prices are in USD
- I will only start after payment is received
- Please do not claim a slot if you are not ready to pay

REVISIONS

- Up to 4 revisions per stage (Sketch / Lineart / Rendering)
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Major changes after approval of a stage may be rejected or charged extra
- No revisions on finished artwork (except for my own mistakes)
- Please provide clear and concise feedback

USE

- Personal use only
- Monetized content (streaming, social media, etc.): +100%
- Commercial use (merch, resale, products): +200% or more
- You retain rights to your character (IP), but not the artwork itself.Prohibited use:- AI training
- NFTs

Refunds

- Full refund is only available if I have not started the commission.If the commission is cancelled during the sketch stage:
- 60% refund if the sketch is not delivered to the client
- 30% refund if the client chooses to keep the sketchNo refunds once the commission has entered the lineart or rendering stage.
